Welcome to Open Studios, starting the first weekend in September 2026. It’s all over Hertfordshire, but something extra special this year in Harpenden… TWO KERRS in one visit to Studio 6 in the pop-up gallery on Leyton Road opposite Waitrose. Yep, me with my sculptural papiermache, and daughter Kat Kerr! Her 2-D art is in varied media from acrylic to thread and digital art (think Hockney), including landscapes and pet portraits. And now she, too, has entered 3-D world, with sculptured books. Meanwhile I’m trying to grow myself in painting. Cross-overs we are: the main thing is to grow and play.
